VTCA Annual Meeting a Success!

Thanks to an outstanding lineup of speakers and the hard work of VTCA staff, the 2023 Annual Meeting was a great success! The delegates in attendance enjoyed presentations by VDOT Chief Engineer Bart Thrasher, PE, VDOT Chief Deputy Commissioner Cathy McGhee, PE, VDOT Commissioner Stephen Brich, PE, DRPT Director Jennifer DeBruhl and many other dynamic speakers. Rounding out the program was keynote speaker, David Wasserman, Senior Political Analyst for the Cook Report.
