This year’s theme will be “Partnering to Deliver the Commonwealth’s Transportation Program.” Opening comments from VDOT’s Commissioner and the Director of Rail & Public Transportation will be followed by a panel discussion to include leadership from VDOT, the Virginia Passenger Rail Authority, the Department of Environmental Quality, a Virginia locality, and Virginia industry. Attendees will hear state-level leaders explore key characteristics of good interagency partnerships and how they plan to apply them to deliver an effective and efficient transportation program.
