Each fall we write to confirm your continuing membership in VTCA. We accompany this letter with a summary of what we have accomplished on your behalf this year, please take some time to review it. VTCA’s forward-thinking Board of Directors and dedicated staff have represented the Alliance and the industry well this past year.
None of this would have been possible without your support. This is your Alliance. Our goal is to make sure that you get a positive return on your investment. VTCA is the state’s largest association dedicated solely to advancing the interests of the transportation construction industries. As a respected partner of state regulatory agencies, and your strongest voice on industry issues, we are pleased to announce that we will continue to effectively serve you in 2024.
During the first week of November, you will receive your annual membership renewal request with instructions to submit your company’s current transportation related revenue. The process has been automated for your convenience. Please return this information by December 1. When we receive your information, we will invoice you for your 2024 membership investment. We plan to offer ACH payments in 2024, to help those members wishing to submit electronic payments. Should you have any questions while completing this process, any VTCA staff member will be happy to help you.
VTCA is very proud of its Scholarship Program. In 2023, through your generous support, we were able to award over $15,000.00 in scholarships to young men and women pursuing the dream of additional education. New in 2024 VTCA will offer three - $5,000 scholarships! We hope an employee’s child or spouse applies. We will be offering you an opportunity to voluntarily support the scholarship program.
Again, we appreciate your support and look forward to a successful 2024 as we work on your behalf.
Sincerely,
Ed Stelter
2023-2024 VTCA President
