VTCA-VDOT Cost Estimation Summit

The VTCA-VDOT Cost Estimation Summit is a unique once-a-year opportunity to gain the most up-to-date information on transportation infrastructure cost estimating here in the Commonwealth of Virginia. This event brings together in one place industry leaders in the field of estimating for two days of learning, networking, and fun. The 2025 Summit includes sessions that address many of the challenges faced by the transportation estimating community. Sessions will include:

The event is open to all. Anyone involved in preparing transportation project cost estimates, or reviewing estimates and budgets will benefit by participating in this event. Engineering consultants, Virginia localities, state and federal government agency staff, and construction contractors will all gain valuable knowledge and benefit from this unique learning and networking opportunity. Attendees will be able to earn up to eight PDH.
