VDOT’s Construction Division Adopts Advertising Schedule for CEI Contracts

With the Construction Division’s move to manage the procurement of Construction Engineering and Inspection contracts, they are also instituting a regular advertising schedule to help respondents anticipate upcoming opportunities. Firms should expect related ads to be posted on the second and fourth Tuesday of the month.
