Trade Show
Join us during the conference’s trade show where representatives will be displaying the latest tools, materials, and services available to facilitate your success and there will be equipment on display.
VTCA members have priority choice for exhibit space through February 25, 2025. After that date, the remaining exhibit space will be offered to non-members. Non-members are encouraged to email Stephanie Rusnak to be placed on a waiting list until February 26 when they will be notified of the remaining booth space.

Sponsor
Several sponsorship opportunities for your business are available at this year’s conference. All sponsorship levels will be recognized for their support by having their company name listed in the conference app and prominently displayed at each function. In addition, VTCA will promote your sponsorship on the name badges of all representatives from your company and sponsors will be recognized on VTCA’s website and in the Blue Top newsletter.

Hotel
VTCA has secured a block of rooms at the Norfolk Waterside Marriott (host), Courtyard, Sheraton, and the Glass Light Hotel. Hotel reservations will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note parking charges will apply at each property.

Golf
Start the conference off with a round of golf at the Riverfront Golf Club in Suffolk. The tournament will be held on April 16 and will begin at 10:00 am with registration starting at 9:00 am.
Riverfront Golf Club is situated on the banks of the Nansemond River, near the mouth of the James River. This spectacular 6,735-yard layout takes full advantage of its dramatic and unique riverside location.
Tournament fees include greens fees, a boxed lunch, a cart, range balls, mulligans, and tournament prizes. The format will be Captain’s Choice and pairings will be done by VTCA. Pre-arranged teams are welcome. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the VTCA Scholarship Fund.

Get ready for an exciting challenge in our Keynote Speaker Contest! Participants can guess the identity of an upcoming keynote speaker by reading through a series of intriguing clues we will release starting February 6 on VTCA social media accounts. The more clues you read, the closer you get to solving the mystery. Test your knowledge, sharpen your detective skills, and join the fun as you try to unlock the identity of our special speaker!
All correct guesses will be entered into a drawing where two lucky participants will be randomly selected to win a $50 gift card. You can submit as many guesses as you like, but you must be registered for the VTCA Spring Construction Conference to win. The deadline to submit your guesses for the Keynote Speaker is March 5, 2025. VTCA will announce the mystery speaker on March 6, 2025.
