NEW VDOT CEI Program Manager

Karen Kee has been named Program Manager for VDOT’s Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services. In this position, Karen will be responsible for managing CEI procurements and overseeing the programmatic administration of CEI contracts. With over 25 years of experience with the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT), Karen has served in the Hampton Roads and Richmond Districts, as well as in Central Office. Throughout her career, she has remained deeply committed to VDOT’s mission, dedicating 20 years to Contract Administration and the Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) Program.
