Phillip Burleigh has made the decision to step back from the day to day operations of the company he founded in 1977, Burleigh Construction. The Board of Directors of Burleigh Construction has named Phillip its Chief Executive Officer and named Daniel Runion President. Daniel, a 2002 graduate of Virginia Military Institute, joined the company in 2014. Justin Burleigh continues in his role as Treasurer and has taken on the additional responsibility as company EEO Officer.
