VDOT’s Materials Division has updated Memorandum MD 458-22 to reflect recent Federal changes to domestic material use because of the new Build America, Buy America program. The memorandum adds new requirements related to the use of domestic material and the Build America, Buy America program. The updated language for MD 458-22 is available on VDOT’s website.
