2023 VTCA Spring Transportation Conference & Trade Show
The only statewide conference and trade show for transportation contractors, aggregate producers, consultant engineers, material suppliers, and government transportation officials is happening March 29-31.
Focused solely on Virginia’s dynamic transportation program and the impact it has on the construction, engineering and aggregate industries, this conference focuses on the challenges and solutions to deliver one of the largest transportation programs in the country. VDOT, Virginia’s localities and the transportation construction industry are in the spotlight to deliver the Commonwealth’s transportation program without hesitation or delays. With emphasis on the future of transportation and the successful delivery of the program, the conference includes multiple technical and business development sessions led by some of the industry’s most experienced leadership. Join us during the conference’s trade show where representatives will be displaying the latest tools, materials and services available to facilitate your success.
Spring Conference Trade Show
VTCA members have priority choice for exhibit space through February 23. After that date, remaining exhibit space will be offered to non-members.
Exhibitor Fees:
VTCA Members - $1800
Non-Members - $2500
Spring Conference Golf
Start the conference off with a round of golf at the Riverfront Golf Club in Suffolk. The tournament will begin at 10:30 a.m. on March 29.
Tournament fees include greens fees, a boxed lunch, cart, range balls, mulligans and tournament prizes. The format will be Captain’s Choice and pairings will be done by VTCA. Pre-arranged teams are welcome. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the VTCA Scholarship Fund.

Several sponsorship opportunities for your business are available at this year’s conference. All sponsorship levels will be recognized for their support by having company names listed in the conference app and prominently displayed at each function. In addition, VTCA will promote your sponsorship on the name badges of all representatives from your company and sponsors will be recognized on VTCA’s website and in the Blue Top, VTCA’s monthly newsletter.
