2024 Dialogue with the Culpeper & Fredericksburg Districts

Join the VDOT Fredericksburg and Culpeper Districts staff for an afternoon at the Fredericksburg and Culpeper District Dialogue on February 21 at the Fredericksburg Expo Center. Gather with your industry peers, VDOT’s District staff leadership, and local government leaders for networking, education, and discussion.
VTCA, with feedback from membership have a revised District Dialogue format. Fredericksburg District Engineer Marcie Parker, PE and Culpeper District Engineer Sean Nelson, PE will be hosting the program, sharing their respective leadership vision, and partnering philosophies. Agency leadership will then highlight some core initiatives of unique local/regional concern. Finally, Gordon Dixon will moderate a panel of industry leaders who will share perspectives from VTCA’s three primary member sectors: Contractors, Engineers, and Aggregate Producers.
This year we will be holding the program in the afternoon and end the event with a special networking reception to meet face to face with industry and VDOT program staff.
Sponsorships Available
Various sponsorships are available to demonstrate your company’s support and engagement including the networking break and the reception. All sponsors will be recognized for their commitment by having their company name/logo listed on the conference platform as well as on signs at the function. In addition, VTCA will promote your sponsorship on the name badges of all representatives from your company.
