VDOT has recently updated its CEI Inspection Classification Hourly Rate Pay Limits. The new rates (for all classifications) represent a straight 5% increase over the rates as published for 2023. You can find the memo that confirms these rates at VDOT’s CEI Services website under Resources. These increases are also consistent with the Escalation Rates for Professional Services rate increase of 5%, which remains effective through June 30, 2024.
