VDOT continues to develop its e-ticketing program for asphalt, concrete and aggregates. VDOT has conducted several e-ticketing pilot projects with asphalt producers in most of VDOT’s Districts. They are now ready to embark on pilot projects for aggregate supplied on VDOT Projects.
VDOT’s e-ticketing program will not require aggregate suppliers to obtain new weigh out software. HaulHub is VDOT’s vendor providing the interface between aggregate suppliers existing weigh out data with VDOT’s software. Aggregate suppliers will need to allow HaulHub to install the interface with your existing ticketing software. There will be no cost for Aggregate Suppliers to establish this connection.
The HaulHub Landing Page provides information on how to get signed up to start e-ticketing, including high level information on what producers and contractors get as well as a "join now" button that they can select to fill out some basic contact information. This will prompt our onboarding team to reach out to schedule an integration discussion to learn what system(s) they use for ticketing data and if they use an existing e-ticket vendor for their private operations.
