DEQ and consultant Arcadis are pleased to offer live online and in-person training on the new consolidated Virginia Stormwater Management Handbook.

This new online resource replaces the 1992 Erosion and Sediment Control Handbook (known as the green book), the 1999 Stormwater Handbook (commonly referred to as the blue book), and multiple other documents. See DEQ Guidance Memo or DEQ News Vol. 3 No. 2 for a more detailed summary of the changes.

Attending the overview webinar (or watching the recording) before attending in-person sessions is highly recommended. If you register for a webinar, we will send you the recording.
