VTCA has assembled resources to assist our members in complying with the recently issued Final Powered Haulage Rule – MSHA Safety Program for Surface Mobile Equipment. The rule went into effect on Jan. 19, 2024, and implementation will begin on July 17, 2024. These are member-only resources regarding the rule, and members must be signed into their accounts to view the resources.
