The Virginia Passenger Rail Authority (VPRA) has issued a request for qualifications (RFQ) to replace the Route 626 (Leland Road) bridge over the CSX railroad in Stafford County. The purpose of the project is to provide space for the addition of a third railroad track under the bridge and will preserve space for the addition of a future fourth railroad track. The track work portion of the Siding A Project will be delivered by CSXT. The project does not increase the capacity of the current road and bridge.
