With the new year VDOT’s Cost Estimation Office is releasing an update to its Cost Estimation Manual (CEM).  CEM version 3.0 is available at the Estimation Office’s external website.
VDOT’s Construction Division has posted a memorandum that establishes vehicle and mileage rates for Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) contracts effective January 1, 2025.
