The EPA and the Corp of Engineers is considering repealing the Navigable Waters Rule put in place by the Trump Administration. To stay the repeal of the Navigable Waters Rule, VTCA submitted comments to the EPA during the Public Comment period.

VDOT has revised and published MD445-21 Virginia Test Method (VTM) 22 that is used to determine field density of asphalt mixtures. The revised VTM-22 can be found in the Department’s compilation of Virginia Test Methods.
