VTCA-VDOT District Dialogues give attendees a unique opportunity to meet with VDOT leaders, locality representatives, and other transportation industry professionals to discuss specific projects and opportunities in the districts.

VTCA is proud to offer a number of scholarships. These programs are great opportunities for deserving and qualified young people.

As the General Assembly gets into its rhythm, it is clear the two political parties are carving out their turf and not much will get passed in either chamber this year.  Here is what we have so far.

VTCA, in coordination with the National Stone, Sand & Gravel Association (NSSGA), submitted comments to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) concerning the Revised Definition of Waters of the United States.

Virginia’s 6th District Congressman Ben Cline’s wanted to know how the Infrastructure Investment & Jobs Act (IIJA) would impact Virginian’s and especially constituents in his district. Cline’s staff reached out to the National Stone, Sand & Gravel Association (NSSGA) and VTCA to join the meeting.  

Virginia Tech leaders and donors broke ground on Hitt Hall, a 100,000-gross-square-foot facility that will house the Myers-Lawson School of Construction, add critical dining capacity, and provide general assignment academic classroom and collaboration space.
