Wnet: What does inclusion mean to you, especially as we honor Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month?
Millicent: Giving every individual equal access to opportunities, goods and resources. Inclusion is a common foundation to start a conversation.
Wnet: What has been the value of having an employee resource group within your organization that is aligned with the inclusion group of Wnet?
Millicent: I am not employed in an FTE position, so am not part of an ERG. However, I’m part of several organizations that elevate women & DEI concepts...
