Northern Virginia real estate executive Cindy Clare, KETTLER Management, has begun her term as 2017 National Apartment Association (NAA) Chairman. She is the third woman to hold the position of Chairman.Clare has been an active member of the property management industry for more than 30 years.Since joining Kettler in 2005, she has overseen more than 30,000 apartment homes in more than 100 communities throughout the mid-Atlantic.
