State and cities across the nation have already implemented green building codes/regulations and more are forthcoming. This course is being offered in Jacksonville and focuses on common sense cost effective ways to meet the demand for "green" real estate. This six-hour course is eligible for elective credit toward the National Association of Realtors Green Designation.
