Workforce Development Committee Seeks Participants for Task Groups

With the importance of staffing in today’s environment, the NRMCA Workforce Development Committee asks Association members to volunteer for one of its three working task groups: Retention, Talent Acquisition and Staff Development/Training. These groups often create specific projects and make recommendations to NRMCA that drive industry change and innovation while also providing participants a ready mixed concrete-specific professional peer group.
