OASIS Alignment Services Names Hiltunen President

OASIS Alignment Services Inc., Rochester, N.H., USA, has named Brian J. Hiltunen president. Hiltunen assumes the position of former President Ray Masse, who will continue contributing to the success of OASIS as chairman of the board. Hiltunen is based in Appleton, Wis.

 

With several new initiatives, Hiltunen promises to build on the legacy of OASIS by introducing new programs that will enhance both customer and employee experiences. Minimizing customer pain points and establishing new customer service centers are two by-products of Hiltunen's outcome-driven philosophy. The company notes that improvements in employee development and training, along with advancing methods and technologies, will ensure continuous enhancements in service quality.
